Cerrie Watson is a highly experienced and compassionate nursing professional with over 20 years of expertise in patient care and healthcare leadership.  She has worked in a variety of clinical settings including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior housing communities, and home healthcare, providing high-quality care to patients of all ages and conditions.  She has extensive experience working in hospice care, ensuring compassionate end-of-life support for patients and their families.  Prior to coming to Boutique Care Management, she was involved with the Indian Health Services, establishing dementia protocols and health services for cognitively impaired patients.

Cerrie’s interest in nursing began in England as a candy striper, where she developed a deep passion for patient care.  After spending several years in Canada, she eventually settled in California, in 1989.  Cerrie holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and also has degrees in Business Management and Child Development, further broadening her expertise in patient care and healthcare management.

Recognized for her dedication to Dementia care, Cerrie completed a prestigious NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing fellowship program focused on the care of older adults in 2025.  Within the program, her area of focus was the care of cognitively impaired individuals.  Her extensive experience with Dementia patients has shaped her ability to provide not only medical support, but also emotional and educational guidance for families navigating complex healthcare decisions and lifestyle changes.

Cerrie is known for her compassion, nursing expertise, and infectious laugh.  She has a remarkable ability to meet patients and families where they are, offering them both medical expertise and understanding in difficult moments.  Her lighthearted, kind spirit, combined with her sense of humor, brings warmth to those around her, creating a reassuring presence for patients and their loved ones.  She takes a holistic and team-based approach to nursing, ensuring both patients and their families feel supported, informed, and cared for in every stage of their healthcare journey.
