Our nurse care managers’ kindness and commitment is also expressed through their involvement with senior services such as St. Paul’s Senior Homes and Services, ElderHelp of San Diego and Community Senior Services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boutique Care Management also assists with a National Institute of Health-supported clinical study conducted at Shiley-Marcos Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center at UC San Diego School of Medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
